Coyote Knowledge Room

The Knowledge Rooms consist of four individual meeting rooms with seating for 20 people. These spaces can be combined to create larger spaces that can seat 40 people. Furniture in the Knowledge Rooms are “as-is.” An additional 10 chairs per room can be requested through ESFCC Facility Staff. A single 6’ buffet table may be added at the host’s request if food/catering is present. No other furniture is to be added or removed from the space. Groups may alter furniture set-up as long as it is returned to the original position after the reservation is complete.

RSOs and University departments may request knowledge rooms one year in advance, requests will be confirmed no later than month end three months before the event is requested to take place. Requests made within three months of the event will be confirmed when able.

Academic Credit-Bearing Courses may request to reserve Knowledge Rooms for academic purposes (classes, meetings, etc.) no more than 2-weeks in advance.
