Cougar Card

The CougarCard Center produces the "CougarCard", the official University ID for WSU.  In addition to checking out books at the library, entering campus buildings, and riding free on Pullman transit busses your CougarCard offers a convenient, easy, and safe way to make purchases.

Your CougarCard can be used to access Cougar CASH, a local debit account, to buy food and other goods and services at many on-campus locations and University District merchants. Residence Hall students use their CougarCards when they purchase meals in campus Dining Services locations using their Residence Dining Account.
