Space in the CUB is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all reservations are taken online at scheduling.wsu.edu. For more assistance with planning your event, call 335-9444, visit CUB L44, or email scheduling@wsu.edu.

Rental prices vary depending on the status of your group, department, or organization and on the specific space that fits your needs. FOR STUDENTS: All meeting rooms and Butch’s Den reservations are free to RSOs, and event space in the Grand Ballroom, Jr. Ballroom, and Auditorium is free for one event per academic year. Once your event is scheduled, you will need to submit a completed RSO venue fee waiver form to CUB L44.
