Reserving Space
Space in the CUB is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all reservations are taken online only at scheduling.wsu.edu. For more assistance with planning you event, you can also call 335-9444 or email scheduling@wsu.edu.
Rental prices vary depending on the status of your group, department, or organization and depending on the specific space you are looking for. FOR STUDENTS: All meeting space and Butch’s Den is free to RSOs, and event space in the Grand Ballroom, Jr. Ballroom, and Auditorium is free for one event per academic year.
