Parking Validation
Patrons who make a retail purchase of $8.00 or more in the Compton Union Building (CUB)
after 5:00 p.m. can receive a $2 parking validation in the
Smith (CUE) parking garage. Present your receipt at the CUB information desk for validation.
How to Get Your Parking Validated:
- Park in the Smith (CUE) Garage: If entrance gates are up, enter the garage and park. If gates are down, take an entry ticket and park.
- Leave Your Ticket in the Car: Once you have completed your retail purchase of $8 or more after 5:00 pm take your receipt to the CUB information desk to get a validation coupon.
- Return to your car: If there is...
- A Cashier on Duty – present your validation coupon to cashier.
- An Envelope on Your Vehicle – place coupon in the envelope and upon exit, deposit in drop box located on parking booth.
- No Cashier or Envelope – upon exit, deposit coupon in drop box located on booth.
Deliveries
In the effort to ensure maximum efficiency for those making and receiving deliveries, we ask that all shipping and receiving outside of general mailing services be done through the CUB loading dock. All
CUB community members, including
retail vendors, have physical mailing addresses in the building.

- Fine Arts Parking Garage (Orange 1 permit required)
- Smith Center Garage (Orange 3 permit required)

Visitors
Visitor parking permits provide parking for most permit areas when permits are required. You can purchase a Parking Permit from the
WSU Visitor Center located near the corner of Davis Way and Grand Avenue in Pullman between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or at the
Parking and Transportation Services building, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The cost of a daily Visitor Permit is $4.97, plus tax.
Park Free After 5 p.m.
