CUB & Mall Table Displays
If you are interested in reserving a table on the mall or in the CUB, visit scheduling.wsu.edu to make your request. With your reservation, please note the following:
- Tables and chairs are provided
- Tri-fiold display boards, easels, and two canopys (for outdoor use) are available upon request
Tables are free for Registered Student Organizations and CUB Community Members. A fee of $10 will be charged to WSU Departments. Groups can reserve up to 10 days per month. Reserving tables two weeks in advance is recommended, as reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and often fill quickly.
Mall Market
Outside vendors have the opportunity to reserve tables on the mall 4 times per year on "Mall Market" days. Spring Mall Market Dates are March 2nd and March 23rd. There is a $20.00 fee per table per space. Vendors may request a market space by completing a Market Space Request Form.
